These terms govern your use of the services provided by Weblers Agency, a digital services agency based in Istanbul, Türkiye. By accessing weblers.agency or using our services, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
2. Services
Weblers Agency provides digital services including digital marketing, creative services and digital solutions. All services are subject to these terms.
3. Payment
Payments are made according to the terms agreed for each project, typically by bank transfer or card. Late payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.
4. Client responsibilities
The client provides the information and materials needed to deliver the services, is responsible for their accuracy, and gives feedback promptly so agreed timelines can be met.
5. Intellectual property
Content created by Weblers Agency remains our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. On full payment, the client receives the rights agreed in the project scope — for most project work, full ownership of the delivered assets.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties keep information disclosed during the engagement confidential and do not share it with third parties without prior written consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately on breach of these terms. Outstanding fees remain payable on termination.
8. Limitation of liability
Weblers Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the services. Our total liability does not exceed the amount the client paid for the services concerned.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
10. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time; significant changes are notified to active clients and posted on this page.
